call someone could suddenly become a call report, or an action point, or any
other type of note you decide.

single form Whether it is a call report, phone call log, a reminder, a process note you set up (e.g. Notice of Order received), everything is done on a single form |

Reminders become Notes Use the Note form to create reminders which can then be turned into deals or call reports. Contact details appear on the note form. |
