Admin
 The Admin Screen is the control point for administering the location of the database and linking it to the user's machine, the back-up process to archive or to a CD, templates for letters and faxes, and base tables for information which doesn't change often (e.g. Countries).

Link to Multiple Databases
Link the user interface to different databases by browsing for the location and pressing Link Tables
Create/Amend Templates of Word and Excel Files
By pressing File Paths, administer all the Templates you use for Correspondence
Backup
Backup Data automatically to an Archive (prefixed by date) or to a CD if you have a CD Rewriter
View Base  Tables
Create/Amend source data (e.g.City Details) by viewing all the background tables
