Response Club, designed in collaboration with the Surrey Golf Union, combines all of the administrative features of Response with the unique requirements of  managing golf unions or clubs. These include members, members fees, teams, fixtures, competitions, (players cards, teetimes, scores), and  courses. Response Club comes preloaded with 2000 golf clubs in the UK.

Members and Clubs
Response stores all contact and personal details, including handicap, membership number, date of birth etc. with a link to their Golf Club with the club's contact details. Any activity, correspondence, fixtures etc relating to the member is automatically linked to them for easy retrieval.

Teams
Response CLUB allows you to categorise people in an unlimited number of ways. e.g. Seniors, A Team, Juniors, Committee etc.  These categories are set by you to your particular needs.  Any number of categories can be assigned to one person. This can enable you to  easily manage teams, generating lists, itineraries, sending out notification of matches or results.

Fixtures
Fixture lists  can be generated automatically and displayed in a variety of ways, by month, by year, by club etc. They can be printed or emailed for distribution.

Competitions
Create competitor lists, teetimes, start sheets, player's labels for scorecards, Leaderboard and result sheets.  Team sheets can be created for each player showing their tee times, handicaps, venue details and the course details.  Competitions can be set up for 2, 3 and 4 ball competitions for Matchplay, Medal (gross or handicap) Stableford or Knockout. These team sheets can be printed and sent to the Team prior to the competition.

Members Fees
Track Member's payments of annual fees. Set up annual fees and record when each member has paid their subscription.  Print out lists of unpaid fees and mailshot unpaid fees quickly send a letter to all who have overdue fees.

Correspondence
No need to decide in which directory to save your correspondence.  All correspondence is saved automatically in Response CLUB and linked to the particular person and/or club.  Easily retrieved for future reference.  There is no need for added costs of pre-printed stationery.  Your Golf Club or Union identity, complete with logo, can be created within Response CLUB to give a professional consistent look to all your paperwork. .  Use the powerful features of Response to reach, store and retrieve all sorts of communication-letters, mailshots, faxes, and emails with members, suppliers, players, and clubs
